Obituary of Dale Edwin Glenn
Glenn, Dale E. - Surrounded by his loving family, Dale Edwin Glenn, of Quispamsis, husband of Janet (Slater) Glenn, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
Born in Minto, NB on September 5, 1949, he was a son of the late Otty and Phyllis (Roberts) Glenn.
Dale was a pipefitter at the Irving Pulp and Paper Mill for several years until his retirement. Loving father and devoted husband, he will always be remembered for his great story telling, ability to build and fix anything and his constant, unconditional love for his family.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters; Kristina Raymond (David) of Norton, NB, Alison Glenn of Calgary, AB, and his son Leslie Glenn, of Calgary, sister Diana Caron (Paul) of Calgary, brother Kirby Glenn (Geordie) of Calgary, his beautiful granddaughters; Jane, Clara, and Kate, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Thank you to Dr. Comeau and the oncology team of 5A South as well as Dr. Tutschka and the nurses of the ICU for his comfort and care.
At Dale's request there will be no funeral service. A celebration of his life will be held at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) on Tuesday, May 31st from 2:00-4:00PM
