Obituary of Scott Thomas Donovan
It is with great sadness the family announces the death of Scott Thomas Donovan which occurred unexpectedly at home in Edmonton, Alberta, on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Scott was born in Saint John, New Brunswick on December 4, 1981. He was the son of Tom and Jill (Cuming) Donovan.
Scott is survived by his parents, Tom and Jill, brothers; Sean (Meaghan), Adam (Mary Anne), nephew, Kieran and niece Sophia, and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Scott was a graduate of Rothesay Netherwood School (1999) and Holland Collage (2006 – Commercial Diving). Scott loved his family and friends, sports (Rugby, Soccer and especially being a Hockey goalie) and the Montreal Canadiens.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB (849-2119), with visitation on Thursday, January 5 from 2- 4 and 6 - 8 PM . A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mark's Catholic Church on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Remembrances may be made to the Empty Stocking Fund or to P.R.O Kids- Saint John or the organization of the donor’s choice.
