Obituary of Donald W. Vieanneau ***Gathering Cancelled**
The death of Donnie Vieanneau of Quispamsis, NB, husband of the late Cheryl (Campbell) Vieanneau, occurred on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
Donnie was born in Saint John on September 8, 1946. He began working with CP Rail for a few years until he joined the Rothesay Police Force in 1974, serving the community until 2003. After his retirement, Donnie was employed with GardaWorld, he was also involved for many years with the Bras D’or Sea Cadets. He loved to travel with his daughter, Patricia. Donnie was well known for his wicked sense of humor, jokes, firework displays, his laughter and his smile.
Survived by his loving daughter Patricia Vieanneau (John Cameron), sister in law Joan Richard (Ricky), niece Kayla Richard, his extended Winnipeg Family, and his many friends. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
At Donnie's request there will be no formal visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB (849-2119). For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, would be appreciated
