Peter, Deb, Caroline and families, We're so sad to hear this news, our deepest sympathies to you all. Betty was a fixture in Chapel Hill and in our particular family, as my Dad, Graydon, was her "driver" for some time. Dad and Betty would also spend many an afternoon "chewing the fat" over at Betty's house, after they had come home from any particular outing. She was a good friend to Dad. Not long before she moved, she had offered to let me in on her beauty secrets that kept her looking 25 years younger than she was, with a demonstration of her daily routine. I didn't get the chance to follow up and I'll remember her now, every morning as I do my own routine! Betty was a great and lively character and she will be missed!
