I am so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in God promise found at Isaiah 25:8, "He will swallow up death forever, and...wipe away tears from all faces. The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth." Yes, soon, no more death and pain and sorrow, all will be gone, never to return.
