June Jeanette (Eldridge) Markee, loving wife of the late Gerald Markee, left this world to be with her Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ on Friday, October 18, 2019. Born June 6, 1939, in Beaver Harbour, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clare and Grace (Borthwick) Eldridge.
June had a deep faith in the Lord and her spirituality was always very important to her. June will be greatly missed by her daughter, Kelly Matchett of Quispamsis; twin sister, Jean Foote of Halifax; sister, Shirley Quigley of Pennfield, NB; twin brothers, James (Eileen) Eldridge of Florida and David (Joanne) Eldridge of Rothesay, NB; grandchildren, Timothy Matchett and Cody (Brianna) Matchett; and her furry companion, Bella.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Patricia Jean; son-in-law, Ted Matchett; brothers, Carmen, Wilfred, Ford, Glen, Ernest and Myles Eldridge; and sisters, Hazel Clinch and Millicent Hawkins.
