Obituary of Eileen L. Earle
The death of “Weenie” Earle of Rothesay, wife of the late Arthur Earle, occurred Thursday, April 19th, 2007, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late James Albert and Mary Ellen (Booker) Kirkpatrick. Weenie was an avid bingo enthusiast, enjoyed a wonderful sense of humor and loved spending time in the midst of her family and friends. Weenie is survived by one brother David Kirkpatrick (Frances) of Riverview, NB; two other sisters-in-law, Beryl and Nancy Kirkpatrick, both of Rothesay; and good friend, Ron McKnight of Miramichi, NB. Weenie will always be fondly remembered as a very special aunt by her several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, Arthur and both parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Ensley, Bob and Lloyd and sister-in-law Helen. Arrangements are entrusted to Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB, (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Saturday, April 21st, 2007 from 2-4 PM. A service in celebration of Weenie’s life will be held immediately following visitation at 4:00 PM at Kennebecasis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at a later date. Honourary pallbearers include Stanley Kirkpatrick, Ian Kirkpatrick, John Saunders, Rob Saunders, David Whittaker, and Paul Martin.
