Obituary of Ralph Duncan Loughery

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ralph Loughery, husband of the late Mary Loughery, who was called to Heaven on Wednesday, August 1st, 2007, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Soloman Duncan and Mary Estelle (MacWhinney) Loughery. Ralph is survived by one son, Harold “Hal” of Rothesay; four sisters, Ruth Bateman of Miramichi, Vicky Keirstead of Saint John, Rowena Ramsay (Charles) of Quispamsis and Myrna Troutman (Lorne) of Pembroke, ON; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by two sisters, Gladys Russell and Marguerite Loughery; three brothers, Eldon, Raymond and Murray. Resting at Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 4th, 2007, at 11:00 AM, from St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Rothesay. A reception will be held in the Church Hall, following the service.
