Obituary of Edward David Masson
The death of Eddie Masson of Quispamsis, NB, husband of Ruby (Hawkes) Masson, occurred unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 18th, 2007, at his residence. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Ken and Mae (Burnside) Masson. Besides his wife, Ruby, Eddie is also survived by two daughters, Mary Jane Hinrichs (Christian) of Washington, DC and Cheryl Goldie (Scott) of Quispamsis; two grandchildren, Jack and Amanda Goldie; one sister, Delores Thomas (Robert) of Mispec; one sister-in-law, Jeanine Masson; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Jean Fairweather and one brother, James Masson. T The family will receive visitors at St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, 239 Quispamsis Road, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Friday, September 21st, 2007 at 11:00 AM from St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, Quispamsis, NB, with Rev. Dr. John Tremblay officiating. Interment will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to Bishop McAllister College in Uganda. Donations will be accepted at the Church.
