Obituary of Yolande Yvonne Alward

Alward, (formerly Foucault nee Pépin) Yolande Yvonne of French Village Road, wife of William Alward, passed away Sunday, June 1st, 2008, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Montreal, QC, she was the daughter of the late Imelda Pépin (nee Dajenais) and the late Louis Pépin. In addition to her husband, Yolande is survived by daughters, Lise Hampton (nee Foucault) of Calgary, AB, Huguette Donovan (nee Foucault) of New Lowell, ON and Sylvie Cyr (nee Foucault) of Saint John; sons, Marc-André Pagé of St-Jérome, QC, Guy Foucault of Saint John and Roger Foucault of Toronto, ON; sisters, Madeline Pépin of St-George de Clarenceville, QC and Anita Pépin of Boucherville, QC; brothers, the late Gérard Pépin, the late Real Pépin and Daniel Pépin of Quebec; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Resting at Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Vigil prayers will be held Wednesday evening at 8:00, at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th, 2008 from Kennebecasis Funeral Home Chapel, at 11:00 AM. Pallbearers will be Brian Finlay, Richard Watmore, Nicholas Donovan, Gregeory Watmore, Corey Watmore and Rick Watmore. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery on Manawagonish Road in Saint John. For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the IWK (Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic) in Halifax, NS or a charity of the donor’s choice.
