Obituary of Frances Ruth Bell

The death of Frances Ruth Bell of Saint John, occurred July 7, 2008 at St. John St. Stephen Nursing Home, Saint John. She was born in Saint John on September 17, 1935, daughter of the late Archibald and Helen Leeman. Fran worked at Willet Foods for many years and was an avid Bingo player. She is survived by her son Robert (Bonnie), Quispamsis; daughters, Dianne McGuire (Danny), Winnipeg, MB and Anita Goguen of Saint John. She is also survived by her sister Clara “Girlie” Perry, Grand Bay; grandchildren Vanessa, Justin and Jordan; several very special nieces and nephews. Besides her parents Fran was predeceased by brother, Sonny and sisters, Mildred and Donna. By request there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the St. John St. Stephen Nursing Home.
