Obituary of Giuseppe Marcon

The death of Joe Marcon of Rothesay, NB, husband of Doreen (Hanlon) Marcon, occurred Tuesday, April 27th, 2010, at the SJRH. Born in Northern Italy, he was the son of the late Battista and Anna Marcon. Joe is survived by his loving wife, Doreen; his son, Andrew (Cindy) and his daughter, Anna (Jim); three awesome grandsons, Alec, Brett and Parker; two sisters, Giovanna and Assunta both of Italy; one brother, Piero of Toronto and special cousin, Gianni Marcon of Montreal. Joe was predeceased by three sisters, Lucia, Angela and Maria and three brothers, Giovanni, Angelo and Antonio. We will miss you Joe, Dad and Nonno...Rest in peace. At the family’s request, no visitation will be held. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 31 Gondola Point Road, Rothesay, on Saturday, May 1st, 2010, at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow the Mass, at the church hall. Interment will take place at a later date.
