Obituary of John Ira Colpitts

The death of John Colpitts of Rothesay occurred on Sunday, June 6th, 2010, in Millstream, NB, at his camp. Born in Norton, NB, he was the son of the late Frank and Nellie (Dole) Colpitts. John is survived by three sisters, Ann Williams (George) of Saint John, Marie Mather and Alta Scott, both of Rothesay; two brothers, Sam Colpitts of Saint John and Bill Colpitts of Ontario; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by one sister, Joan Colpitts; one brother, Donald Colpitts and one nephew, Jamie Colpitts. Arrangements are entrusted to Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB, (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Thursday, June 10th, 2010 from 2-3 PM, followed by a memorial service which will take place in the chapel of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, at 3:00 PM.
