I send my condolances to the LaMorre family. I use to babysit Eric and Luke and spent time at their home often. I will always remember Coleen as being an amazing mother. At the end of a work day she would come home and be genuinely happy to see a large portion of the living room covered in one of the boys cushion forts. A few times I remember trying to discourage the boys from eating right before their mom came home for supper. When she got home she would say oh no it's fine, you won't spoil their supper...feed them anytime!! The boys also loved to call her at work just to say hi. Coleen was a special mom.

Tina and I have known Coleen since grade 1 growing up in Grand Falls. We talked about memories of Coleen over the weekend, how Tina was a teammate in rhythmic gymnastics and basketball, and when Coleen punched me in the nose when I was chasing after her on the school yard. God may have called her home, but the memories live on. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Forever in our hearts!

Dan and Family, so very sad to hear of Coleen's passing. Although I did not know Coleen it was very evident from Dan's happiness that he was married to a wonderful woman. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you all in the next days and weeks. From your friends at Second Cousins.

To all of the Lamorre and Mulherin families my heartfelt condolences. I was thinking recently of people I don't get to see as often as I'd like, and Coleen was near the top of that list. Since leaving Grand Falls, the occasions when we crossed paths were always a treat. Coleen's devotion to family and great sense of humour will be remembered by all who knew her. Wishing you peace in the midst of this great loss. Sue McLaughlin

Colleen was a co-worker at Exxon Mobil in the Saint John office. She was so pleasant and soft spoken. We often spoke of our boys. If Colleen ever had a bad day she never showed it. Always smiling and professional. I am truly sad on her passing at such a young age. I extend my deepest sympathy to Dan, Luke and Eric, the Lamorre and Mulherin families. Words are never enough. Rest easy sweet Colleen.

My condolences to Dan,Eric,Luke, and her sisters and brothers. I spent many an enjoyable day with my dear friend Coleen. She will be greatly missed by all. She was a good neighbour for many years, and a great friend. We spent a lot of time walking - come for a hike she says it's only an hour - 3 hours later... Played a lot of scrabble, cooked bread from her sister Laura's recipe ,made many a craft and got up to all kinds of mischief with our woodworking projects. My days will never be the same as I always knew she was near by even if we didn't talk every day.She was the most kind person I have ever met.She was a loving mother and wife and cared deeply for her family. The world is poorer without her.

My most vivid memories of Coleen are at the Grand Falls courts lobbing tennis balls, the Polyvalente Thomas Albert gym practising rhythmic gymnastics, the John Caldwell gym shooting basketball hoops and the university gym playing badminton. She was a well rounded athlete and she played til she was tired and laughing. From Grand Falls to Fredericton, Coleen was a treasured high school & university friend.
My sympathies and may fond memories bring the Mulherin and LaMorre families comfort.
Love, Margie Metzger (McCormick)

It is with such sadness I am reading of Coleen’s untimely death. Coleen worked for me in Saint John and was the most wonderful member of our team always caring about others before herself and a can do attitude with everything she did. But above everything she was much more than a work colleague she was a friend who was a truly wonderful person and totally dedicated to her family. My heart and prayers go to them at this tragic time words seem so insignificant given their tragic loss. June Harper

Coleen and I met at university and immediately became friends. We took aerobics classes together, as well as spending time together in various other capacities. Once, in the cafeteria, Coleen commented that I missed a spot, spreading my jam on my toast. Her sarcasm reminded me of my own family, and I knew we would be friends for life! Coleen was one of my bridesmaids when I got married. I moved to Ontario after that, and with me living so far away, we didn't get to spend a lot time together, but we remained good friends. I tried to see Coleen every summer on our yearly trips back to N.B., and most years we did manage to see each other. I am heartbroken to lose her. Dan, Eric, Luke, and Laura, you have my deepest sympathy. Jacqueline Kippers
