It saddens me to read of Ross's passing. He was certainly a lovely man. I first met him back a few years ago when my Mom (Evelyn Tufts) moved to Embassy Hall in the Valley. Over a span of four years, we got to see that wonderful smile of his and he always greeted us either at the Front Door, in the Dining Room or when he passed our Mom's room to say hello. Mom always looked forward to seeing him at her door with a big wave....and then COVID hit. It certainly took its toll on everyone inside and outside the community. Our sincere condolences to the Potter family. He will surely be missed by all who had the good fortune of knowing him. Rest in Peace!

I’m so sorry to hear that Ross has passed and my condolences go out to his family. My wife and I met Ross while visiting my mom (Jean Gray) at the Shannex. Often when we had my mom out in the common area, she would get us to wheel her over to Ross so she could give his white beard a little tug. Ross would get a kick out of it. Ross often stopped by my moms room to see us and see how she did with her supper. There were many nights when she would not eat and when I mention this to Ross, he would reply with a finger wag to her, which would make her laugh. Reading Ross's obituary, it is evident that he was a caring man and gave a lot of his time to help others. Rest in Peace Ross.

I’m so sorry to read of Ross’ passing. I met Ross when visiting my mother in law at Shannex. Ross used to stop by her room and always waved to her. I talked with Ross and saw his works of art in his room. Covid had such an impact on seniors and I’m sad I wasn’t able to visit him after my mother in law passed. My deepest condolences.

To Ross’ family,
We are so sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. We have fond memories of visiting with him at Embassy Hall. He
Always had a smile, and he enjoyed our visits. He was a good man, and very respectful. We use to have a Spiritual
Reading with him, and closed with a prayer. We were Associate Chaplains at Embassy Hall.
