Mrs. Keirstead and families, my sincere condolences. Deepest apologies for the lapse in time to express condolences
but just learned of your great loss. Don’t know how I missed his Obituary as I would have attended the Service.
My first connection was as a customer of the Flower Shop but in later years we were both members of Rusi N. B.
He was a faithful attender and contributor to our organization and appreciated by all. My thoughts are with you.

My wife and I are saddened by Fenton's passing. We got to know him and Gladys as members of the Gyro club of Saint John. We enjoyed spending time with them. Fenton was a great presence at meetings and gatherings. He was the best florest we ever dealt with, never a disappointment.

So sad to hear of the passing of Fenton.
I met him some 40 years ago through Bill Leahy of Lingley Printing - a neighbor of the flower shop on Princess St.- and ran into him on a regular basis. Always greeted people with a smile.
My thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
Condolences

Gladys, Brian, Bev, and Gary, I was very sad to hear of the passing of Fenton. He was such a great friend to our family and so supportive of Mom and Dad. Since I was a kid, I enjoyed visiting the store on Charlotte Street to have a hearty lunch with Fenton. He was instrumental in helping me secure my first job serving as my primary reference.
I enjoyed joining Dad and Fenton and the “8 is Enough” crew for a Christmas lunch. So many great memories.
Deepest Sympathies, John, Lynn and Dave Flewelling

We were very saddened to learn of Fenton's passing and extend our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to his family for their loss.
We were fortunate to have know him, as he was a regular attender at the Royal United Services Institute luncheon meetings. He was a kind gentleman and we will never forget his sense of humour and the twinkle in his eye. We will also miss his periodical telephone calls, just to chat. He missed the RUSI meetings when we had to stop having them during COVID.
Our caring thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time and as you reflect on his life and many contributions.
Most sincerely.

To my "Big" Grampie, It is so hard to say goodbye to someone you have known your whole life. I have so many fond memories visiting you and Grammie almost every month as a child. You always greeted me with the biggest smile and warmest of hugs. I can still hear you say "there's my girl" every time I saw you or talked with you on the phone. I can't even count the number of bacon and egg breakfasts you made me over the years, or how many times I witnessed a sleepy cat snuggled on your lap the moment you sat in your recliner. I was fortunate enough to enjoy many of the delicious roast beef and turkey dinners you made time and time again. You always cooked with love, and that was felt immensely by everyone who entered your home. I will never forget the joy you brought me over the years as you watched me grow and the important role you played in my life. I am so grateful that Gavin and Daphne got to meet such a wonderful man. You will forever be in our hearts and always my "Big" Grampie. Love Jessica, Jared, Gavin and Daphne

Deepest Condolences to the Keirstead Family and loved ones. Mr K was one of those interesting people that I’m honoured to have known. I met Mr K back in 1996 when I was hired at Brunswick Square. He was a tease and always called me, “ Missy” with a teasing facial expression. He was always very friendly and even just a few years ago when I’d see him at Sobey’s he still teased haha! Thank you, Mr K for hiring me years ago. I will always be grateful that I received my floral training at Keirstead’s.
To Brian & Connie, Jennifer, Heather, Mark and family, may you find much peace as you mourn in knowing that Mr K left a great legacy and touched hearts wherever he was.
