Doug was a riot. He was kind, gentle, had a big “mean” voice & a heart of gold. I liked him from the very moment I met him. We joked around a lot—he was so much fun. I am so sad to hear of his passing. I know he was loved and thought fondly of by many—surly a day won’t go by that he won’t be missed. The world was a better place with Doug in it; my condolences to the family. To Lynda; love you much, and I’m deeply sorry for your loss. Will say a prayer for you, your girls, Jacey and the rest of the family. Love to visit you sometime when I get my car back on the road. Xoxo. I loved ya Doug!

I miss you Doug I had a great time working in the woods with you,for this was a new experience for me,but every day I and Albert would be there to go in the woods in winter and cut trees, and in the summertime we spent all day doing, firewood for clients. I learned a lot from this guy. My prayers go out to the family. Claude Mallaley.
