Obituary of Ella Mae Earle
It is with heartfelt sorrow that the family of Ella Mae Earle (nee Rogers), loving wife of the late Donald L Earle, announce her peaceful passing on Friday, February 9, 2024, at her home in Erbs Cove, NB.
Ella was born in Saint John NB on December 30, 1932, to the late Sarah and George Rogers.
Ella married Don on October 12, 1957, raising their family in Quispamsis before retiring to Erbs Cove. Family was extremely important to mom and she was totally committed to her children, grandchildren and her special great granddaughter Shaena always going above and beyond. Mom was a devoted and committed servant of God who served faithfully throughout the years in Nursery, Missions, and Bible Study. She was a faithful member of Erbs Cove Baptist Church.
Ella is survived by her children; Karen Earle, Bruce Earle (Lori), Dianne Earle all of Erbs Cove, NB, and Cheryl Earle (Sean Mudge) of Halifax, NS, brother in law Darrel Earle (Doreen) of Quispamsis, sisters in law; Muriel Fowler of Kentville, NS, Phyllis Johnston, of Erbs Cove, NB, and Norma Erb of Erbs Cove, NB, grandchildren; Ryan Earle, Haley Earle, Morgan Mudge, and great granddaughter Shaena Earle.
Ella was predeceased by siblings: Joseph “Buster” (Winnifred), Billy, Raymond, Patrick, John, Joan Logan (Fred), Lawrence, Barbara, Edgar and David. Sister & Brother-in-law: Verna & Ranald Urquhart, Brothers in law: Hazen Fowler, Weldon Erb, Charles Forestell, and Terence Johnson.
A Celebration of Ella’s life will be held at Erbs Cove Baptist Church, 612 NB-850, Erbs Cove, NB, on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM, with visiting from 1:00 – 1:45 PM. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119).
For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Erb’s Cove Baptist Church Cemetery or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Online condolences may be made at www.kennebecasisfh.com
