Obituary of Grace Lyn Anne Melanson

It is with profound sorrow that the family of Grace Lyn Anne Melanson, announce her sudden and tragic passing at her home on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Born on March 22, 2024 at 7 lbs 3 ounces, Grace is forever loved by her parents Isabella (Khidhir) and Jesse Melanson, her paternal grandparents; Joe Melanson, and Krista Halper, maternal grandparents; Amad Khidhir and Janette Mansour, great grandfather Henry Halper, uncles; Keltan Walker, and Jason Walker (Courtney), aunt Angela Khidhir, great uncles Greg Halper and Michael Melanson (Denise), great aunt Sonya Halper, as well as several cousins and extended family.

In her short life, Grace brought immeasurable joy and irreplaceable memories to her family. Her beautiful blue eyes, piano fingers, hilarious sleeping poses and princess attitude will be cherished forever. Her arrival was eagerly anticipated and celebrated by all her family, friends and neighbours. She lit up her home with her bright personality. As described by her own name, she was the greatest grace God has shared with her family. She was a true testament of strength and reminded us all of the power of love.

Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (506-849-2119). A funeral service will be held at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home on May 4, 2024, at 2PM. Interment will be held at Fernhill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Grace can be made to the IWK. Her family greatly appreciates your company in celebrating the precious and perfect soul of our Amazing Grace.
