We were away and learned of this too late to attend the funeral. I have lost a dear friend, a man who marched to his own drummer, and who could make me laugh like no one else. And behind all this was a joyous heart of pure gold. Rest easy, El Supremo. I hope they play cribbage in heaven. Love to Nancy and all the family from Jim & Jane

To Nancy and Family, my sympathies to you all.
I did get down to the service and what a beautiful tribute by Julia and I so enjoyed Jamie’s Eulogy of celebrating Jim. I always enjoyed our social gatherings and such fond memories at work at MBL laughing with his foursome , Sharon, Joan , and the other Jim (Stewart ). May you all find comfort in the sharing of the wonderful memories made.

My sincere condolences.
I worked with Jim at MBL in Saint John for years. He was a hell of a guy! One of the funniest people I've ever met. Virtually always smiling! Even the day I backed into his car!
I have nothing but the fondest memories of Jim. I hope your memories are some comfort in this difficult time.

Chris Graham and family -
We are so sad at the passing of Jim. Our Brother, Brother in law and Uncle. He will be missed deeply. There were many trips between England and Canada over the years, memories of which we hold dearly. Phone calls to tell Jim how Wolves were doing and see how his golf is going. Sending all our love to Nancy, Jamie, Jeff, Janet, Jill and the grandchildren. The photos below are his sister Chris on her wedding day 60 years ago and Jim, Cynth and Chris on a meal out. Xx

Sincerest condolences to the family and friends.
I knew Jim from TNT during our many years there and
lived only blocks away in Gondola Point.
He was certainly Mr. Energy, none stop and permanent fixture.
He was one of those you thought would never die.
RIP my friend.

Condolences to the Hope family during this difficult time. So sorry to hear this news. Always remember Jim from our early hockey days around the KV Arena and what a strong supporter he was of everyone. I remember he never missed an opportunity to give back to the community and had him as a coach who was so passionate about the game and who worked extremely hard for his team. Thinking of you all!
