Colina,
Our deepest condolences to you, Jim, and the family. George was such a gentleman and we always enjoyed our talks at the boys soccer and basketball games. He was such a positive person and we know he was a great influence on his grandchildren and those he knew. You will be in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Hannah and Family,
I am so sorry for the recent and huge loss of your beloved George.
I knew him as a valued colleague when I went to NBCC to work. He was a friendly, helpful senior administrator at the time. We worked together for 13 years.
George was well remembered by his friends at Riverside Country Club yesterday and again today by family and friends at your church, Grace Presbyterian. The service left us all with a wonderful perspective into George’s fun and loving personality and an appreciation of his many contributions to his loving family. .
We will remember him as a good man and a very proud Scotsman!

To Hannah and Family,
We were very saddened to learn of George’s passing and extend our heartfelt sympathies and condolences for your loss. George was a wonderful man. Always with smiling eyes and a jovial personality at all the St. Andrew’s Society events we attended. We will miss his Toast to Haggis this year. We are so fortunate to have known him and share some fun moments. Our caring thoughts and prayers are with you and the family, as you reflect on his life and his many contributions.
Most sincerely.

Hannah & Family:
Our sincerest condolences to you on hearing about George's death. I played soccer with him over the years and he was a great yet funny guy. I would often see both Hannah and George walking along the Vincent Road. We will make a donation to the KV Food Basket in his memory. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Dear Family, I'll quote Robbie Burns.
Few hearts like his, with virtue warm'd, Few heads with knowledge so inform'd: If there's another world, he lives in bliss; If there is none, he made the best of this.
RIP George

I was sorry to learn of George’s passing.
I'd known George for years through the St Andrews Society and later in life, through the Riverside Golf and Country Club.
Upon seeing George at any time or place, his wonderful outgoing and charming persona immediately brought a smile to my face - I’m going to miss those encounters.
My sincere condolences to the family.
Rest in peace my friend.

His rendition of "In Flanders Field" was second to none, and it will remainin my memory for many years. I will miss his humour and his Scottish brogue.
