Obituary of Merrill Phillip Anthony

Peacefully at home with his family by his side, Merrill Philip Anthony passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Born on October 10, 1932, at Wilsons Beach, NB, he was a son of the late Lewis and Jeanette (Newman) Anthony. Merrill was employed with the City of Saint John for thirty years until his retirement. Survived by his loving daughters; Lynn and Angela Anthony, both of Quispamsis, and his brother Clinton Anthony of Saint John, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, Merrill was predeceased by his loving wife Marie (Richardson) Anthony, and his brother Bennett. As per Merrill's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119). For those who wish, remembrances may be to a charity of the donor's choice.
