Obituary of Inez Lorraine Morrisey

The death of Inez Lorraine Morrisey, of Rothesay, NB, wife of the late Ronald A. Morrisey, occurred on December 25, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Bowsman, Manitoba, on December 19, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Edna (Engen) Ethier. In her earlier years, Inez served with the Navy, where she met her husband, Ronald. Survived by her children, Lorraine Reid (Robert) of Sussex, NB, Marlene Dobson of Saint John, Steven Morrisey of St. Stephen, and Kenneth Morrisey of Quispamsis, brothers; Raymond Ethier, Alvin Ethier (Carol) and Leonard Ethier (Gladys), sisters; Hazel Welch (Bill), and Shirley Davidson (William), four grandchildren, and one great grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother,Ronald Ethier,and sister, Arlette Steele. In keeping with her wishes, a Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at 3:00 PM from Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119). Interment to take place at Fernhill Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Salvation Army.
