Obituary of Wm. Graham Evans

Wm. Graham Evans, husband of Ann (Bowes) Evans of Quispamsis, NB, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, June 6, 2014. Born in Toronto, ON, on April 9, 1947, he was the son of the late Leo “Robert” and Norah “Cynthia” Evans. Graham retired from AXA Insurance. He was involved in Scouts Canada for many years as a Scout leader and Venturer advisor. He loved antique and custom vehicles and belonged to the Valley Cruisers Car Club, New Brunswick Antique Automobile Club and the McLaughlin Buick Club of Canada. Graham’s greatest love was his family. He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, two sons; Jack (Elaine) and granddaughter Sophie of Quispamsis, NB; and Brian (Claire) of Hanwell, NB; one brother, Keith (Shirley) of Elliot Lake, ON; one aunt, Trudie Evans-Reizele of Scarborough, ON; special brother-in-law, Mike (Rosemarie) Bowes of Quispamsis, NB; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11 2014 from St. Mark’s Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Interment to take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
