I have many memories of Bonnie...at Salmon River when she'd brush my hair by the nightly bonfires, and later in life we were neighbors. She was always so kind and will be missed. Until we meet again Toots!

Rob, Jill ,Hannah and Grace. My sincere condolences. I had the pleasure of being invited to Jill’s parents’ home for Christmas 2014. Bonnie and I had both lost our husbands not long before. It was comforting being able to share our mutual feelings.
Very lovely lady. She is now reunited with the love of her life, Brian. I can just imagine how sweet it must be. Gisèle Reid.

It has been such a joy to know Bonnie over these past years. Her vibrant laugh, how she looked forward to our visits and the comfort she took from the words in the Book of Common Prayer are some of the memories I will cherish.
My sincere condolences to Rob and family and to Gisele, Bonnie's home care worker, who had a special bond with her. We all grieve her loss.
Rest in peace dear friend. I will miss you.

To the James family: Please accept my deepest condolences on Bonnie's passing. Many happy memories from our times trailering at Salmon River; and a few scary ones too with those thunder storms when we would all huddle in one trailer. She is with Brian now and happy once again. Rest in Peace my friend.

Our sincere condolences to Bonnie's Family and Friends. Although it has been many years since we have seen Bonnie, and last spoke when we had to tell her, her Brother, Bob, had passed away it does not diminish the fact that a Family that had grown apart, has lost a member.
May peace be with her Family and Friends, in their loss.
Love: Nephew Robby Gates, Heather, Natasha (Michael Harriet), Briar and Douglas Gates

It's with great sadness that we have lost Bonnie. Our family for over 30 years were neighbour's with Bonnie and Mayor Brian of Salmon River. She loved our children like they were her own and to this day the children still have their homemade Christmas ornaments that her and Brian gave them. We spent many summer days playing horseshoes, sharing meals especially harvest time with Papa and Mama Mert. She loved Family Fun Days and the planning that went along with the spectular event over the years. She was like a big sister to me and a dear friend. Our whole family has so many memories. God bless you Bonnie and thank you for being such a kind soul. Say hi to Brian and ask him to sing for me. Say hello to those who have gone on forward; who spent some time fishing and camping in the good old days. I love you Bonnie.
