I was saddened to hear about Aunt Florena's passing. I have strong memories of our family stopping to visit her on the way to spend our summer vacation with our grandmother in Massachusetts. Aunt Florena always had fresh-baked cookies ready when we stopped in to see her. In fact, her ginger sparkle recipe became a family favourite which we continue to enjoy. Take care, Melissa Adams
